Quality control and traceability are documented and maintained through strict adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Quality Management Systems and processes as outlined in the L&M Quality Management System Manual and the L&M Quality Procedures Manual. Part of our quality assurance is maintained by equpiment such as the CMM, FARO Gauge Plus, 48 inch.
Lean Manufacturing processes contribute to L&M's consistent quality and continual process improvement. All managers and supervisors are Lean Manufacturing Certified.
Response to customer needs is immediate, whether it be engineering changes, quantities, lead times or nonconformance issues. At L&M customer service is the top priority.
